Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide specific to that item. Our standard tees are printed on Bella Canvas and our Garment Dyed tees are printed on Comfort Colors. Size charts are attached to each product page.
Are your garments pre-shrunk?
Yes. All blanks are pre-shrunk. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on low to preserve print quality.
Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Ka-tet 19 products are made to order via Printful and Printify. Please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus shipping transit time:
- Domestic (US): 3–5 business days via USPS
- International: 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs
Total estimated delivery: 7–14 business days domestic, 14–30 business days international.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering. We will happily exchange or return items are damaged or misprinted.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at support@ka-tet19.net within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
